Connecting the dots…
A thoughtful foundation for building together. Event policy draft · September 2026.
TRIVORA collects account details, participant profiles, team membership, project submissions, session bookings, and event evaluations to operate the hackathon. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes.
Your team can see its members’ names and email addresses. Assigned judges and authorized organizers can review submissions. Projects appear publicly only when published by organizers. Confidential judge comments are not public. Certificate verification displays the recipient’s name, certificate type, and issue date.
Hosting, PostgreSQL, configured email delivery, and configured object storage providers process the data needed to provide their services. The deployed service’s provider details and data retention schedule must be finalized by the organizer before registration opens.
You can update your profile in your dashboard. Contact HackHere through the official event contact channel, once announced, for access or deletion requests.
